Hello, friends. So today's video is about a key mindset shift that you need to embrace if you want to get where you want to get. Because if you think about it, most of the people that you admire, have been feeling lost and wandering through life for most of their careers until something clicked until they finally got something going.

So if you understand this factor, you realize that the only thing that differentiates those that make it and those that don't is actually persevering. And that perseverance that consistency depends on the strength of the vision that they are pursuing. Successful people, in other words are very stubborn on vision. But they're flexible on details, because there's just no way around it. Life is complicated. Everything is unpredictable market changes, there's war in Ukraine, inflation goes up, crypto goes up and down, up and down.

Things happen all the time. So it's very hard to remain unfazed in the face of circumstance. But what you need to defend what you need to protect is the strength of your vision. Because being stubborn on vision means that you have a clear destination that you are not willing to compromise come hell or high water, you're going to be working towards the fulfillment of that vision. But being flexible on details implies that you need to adapt, you always do need to seek the best course of action based on your circumstance based on your reality.

Remember that Darwin said that it's not the strongest species that win and survive is those are most adaptable to change. And this in the business world is super important because someone who is inflexible in details will refuse good opportunities, just because they do not align with the plan that they have set for themselves.

And therefore they will forsake the great for the murli good, but someone who is stubborn and vision but understand the importance of being adaptable will get good opportunities as they show up. But it's not easy to do this because most entrepreneurs fall for shiny object syndrome, they tend to overvalue the short term and undervalue the long term. So even if they have a strong vision, they end up swaying away from it. And this can apply for the personal and the professional, you know exactly what it is that you're trying to achieve. And why is that meaningful, important to you? So step number one is to have a very clear vision. Step number two is an audit. What happens at that moment when an entrepreneur's head by a circumstance that he didn't expect? Then the first thing we need to do is to audit the situations to analyze what is the battlefield so analyze what is the situation in order to understand what options do we have to move forward if we're stubborn on vision, what we need to decide is what's the best strategy that we can follow.

But a sound strategy can only be based on a sound analysis. If you mistake the important by the urgent you will not create a good strategy. Step three is about strategy based on all the assets that you have based on the things that you've been working on based on who you are at this moment. What is the best course of of action, what's the best strategy that you can do to move faster towards that vision without compromising your ability to do so their vision comes audit or analysis, then comes the strategy.

And finally, the fourth step is execution, how to execute that strategy? What is the execution framework? What are the systems that you create in order to make that strategy a reality because, remember, it's very easy to fool oneself, designing great plans, but the most important thing is to be able to deliver, be able to do what you said you were going to do. So this is a very simple model, the vase model that we used to always remain stubborn on vision, which is what makes the successful people successful. No one got where they are knowing what to do at each crossroads. That's just impossible, but those that remain uncompromising about their vision and unwavering on their belief that you're able to achieve it or those that will eventually get there.
