If you know what you're doing in this video, I want to share the exact framework that we walk our clients through to make sure they double their revenue and take themselves to the next level. In just 90 days, at the end of the year, I want to share exactly how we did it at self mastered. So you know, it works. Let's get to it.

Hello, friends. So today, I want to talk about how to double your revenue in 90 days, or ideally less. And we achieved that by maxing out our potential because I truly believe that most entrepreneurs are operating at low levels of their potential, most of them are distracted unable to focus always falling for shiny object syndrome, they cannot stay more than 10 minutes without checking some sort of instant messaging on their computer or their phone.

They also have faulty belief systems that don't have the traits and habits that foster high performance. So in essence, they're wasting most of their potential when running their businesses. This does not mean that they do not have success, or at least some sort of results. Of course, you can get resolved but a very high cost. The goal of this channel is to teach people like you how to get more of what you want, by working less and doing just the things that need to be done. That's how you maximize your potential. And if you do this time and time again, you will certainly double your revenue every 90 days is a huge claim. But we have proven we have clients who 12 times the revenue when they started working with us. And now 18 months later, they still double the revenue once again, right. So this process works, it is fail proof. So play close attention, because you cannot afford not to watch this and more importantly, implement it.

So step number one is map out and audit all of your weaknesses as an entrepreneur and the weaknesses of your business because your business and yourself are going to operate at the limit of the lowest point in the system. Right? This is a theory of constraints. Job bottlenecks are what are preventing your growth. So if you do not understand what's preventing you from growing is because you have some sort of blind spot that is preventing you from working on the right things, right.

So number one, understand our audit and map out the weaknesses of your business and yourself. Then step two is set out a goal in the future in the next 90 days that solves that problem in your business and also solves the problems in your personal life, right because both need to go hand in hand. Let's say that you have some sort of sales problem and your sales closing rate is very low. Well, your businesses have a bottleneck in sales, but you probably also have a bottleneck in your sales skills. So you need to work on those two things. At the same time. This is crucially important.

Then step number three is prioritize this and nothing else. Make sure you understand how the business works. What are the systems of the business and trim out all the fat do not fall for shiny object syndrome, you need to be clear on what's the goal that you're pursuing, in this case, doubling your revenue in just 90 days. So step three is discard everything, say no to most things. So you can have a resounding yes to the thing that matters the most in this case, doubling your revenue.

Step four, execute and perform at elite level, you need to think of yourself as a business athlete, someone that is in the business of getting results week on week. So you need to learn how to be consistent and intense in doing the things that need to be done. And this is one of the things that we help clients with.

And then step five, seek feedback extract data at each step of the way. So you can course correct effectively because oftentimes you're going to have faulty assumptions you're going to be pursuing roads that have no end things that just don't provide the results you want and how can you catch yourself before it is too late? How can you make sure that you have the right focus at all times by seeking feedback getting data tracking your KPIs both on the business and yourself if you do this for both the business and yourself you will most certainly achieve a higher degree of success.

So these are the five steps one map out your weaknesses for both the business and yourself to create a goal that solves that for both the business and yourself three execute only on this thing focus on the Wildly Important for perform and execute at elite level do not entertain that Anything that is not aligned with his goal and five, seek feedback strike KPIs to make sure that you are able to get this results. So how do we solve this for Selfmastered? Well, when we we run, of course, this process every 90 days, right, that's what we do. That's what we teach. That's what we know, it works. The time in which we applied it a few months ago that to us was life changing as a company was when we realized that we had the number one problem that most businesses have, which is lead generation, right, making sure that you're creating the demand for your service and product we were having, of course, lead flow, people were coming from organic channels, but nothing too replicable. Nothing reliable, we can depend on to grow. So oftentimes, we'll have 20 prospects or 10 prospects or five prospects, most of which will not be qualified, because we are very picky on who we let in our community because we are building a community for the long term. So we realized

, Okay, well, we have a lead generation problem. How do we solve it? Well, we mapped out everything that is related to lead generation, right? So the clients that we're serving, the positioning that we take in that market, the messaging, all the outreach channels that we use. And we finally identified that the number one problems we had was positioning, understanding, how does the market perceive submasters? If they're not clear on the positioning, then there's no clear messaging that can come from the position.

So we needed to solve that position problem. And then I realized that I had no clue about positioning, I've never worked on it, I didn't really quite have the marketing skills at that time. So I needed to learn. So what did I do, I bought a bunch of books for like five or six books on positioning, I read them all, I created my own framework. And then and this is very important, I reach out to positioning expert to work with him in refining exactly what positioning should be the best for self master. So I normally like bought the books and read them. But I also made sure that I could reach out to someone that could help me someone that I could battle test my ideas.

And once this was clear, and we had a new hypothesis, then step two came in, which is okay, what's the goal? Double the revenue in 90 days? How are we going to solve it? Well, we're going to execute on these new positioning, we need to create new marketing assets, new sales sequences, new VSL, new ads, new everything, we changed everything, and we set a timeline to see the results.

Then step number three, we didn't do anything else. The product was working sales were working community and everything was working overseas, we're working well, the number one thing we need to do is to maintain the systems that were working, and just double down on solving the marketing problem. And that's what we did. Step number four, we're already executing, performing that elite level. Listen, that's what we teach. That's what we do. Myself and my team are high performers. So we just needed to keep doing the same thing. And finally, we got feedback.

Step number five at each step of the process, so we're tracking everything, everything. When doing cold outreach, we were tracking the open rate, response rate and booking rate when we're doing paid ads, we're tracking the view rate, the opt in rate, VSL rate, everything, and we were adjusting based on that feedback. And that's how we doubled our business. We it took us way less than 90 days to double the business because this strategy was crazy effective. But everything started by understanding what is the problem? What is the weakness, the weakness is that we have bad position? Well, let's solve a bad position. It may sound simple, but it is not. Because oftentimes, what's preventing us from growing is not knowing what to focus on. Most entrepreneurs are just distracted, they're not pursuing a clear vision, they do not see themselves in a clear manner. So the waste most of their potential, which is why I'm so passionate about it, because oftentimes, you can induce an incredible change in someone businesses just by nudging that person in the right direction. That's essentially what we do at Selfmastered.
